Marika Ronty, Leadership Specialist
Marika founded the company in 1985 with her interest in human development being a lifelong calling. Her main tasks over the years have been to guide in conversation, dialogue and leadership development. Today, her main objective is to guide managers and inspire new ideas through different dialogue processes.
She is a licenced psychologist with various further education in psychology, psychotherapy and contemplative methods. For seven years she was a teacher at Stockholms Universitet, School of Business where she was a member of EMBA, Developmental Leadership. She is a retreat leader and for several decades a dedicated meditator.
Her self-esteem test, the Leader Intelligence Questionnaire, underwent a scientific examination at the Högskolan Väst during the years 2015-2017. The test was further developed in 2019 by Marika.
