Team Dialogue

The purpose of Team Dialogue is to develop the business through the team.

The dialogue focuses primarily on the task and HOW everyone can contribute to the development of the business based on the responsibility the team has.

Team dialogue also encourages the quality of communication within the team.

Dialogue is both a method and an approach. Dialogos is originally Greek. Dia means ”through” or “via”. Logos means the ”word” that creates meaning. In practice, dialogue means thinking together and creating meaning by listening and getting behind the words.

The content of the Team Dialogue is based on talking about how the team wants to be (behavior and how to be perceived) and what the team should do based on the task.
